We've put together an all-star panel of 2024 Philadelphia100® winners for this panel discussion! Join us for this evening event that will feature a moderated discussion with a variety of successful CEOs from high growth companies PLUS delicious appetizers, drinks, and plenty of time for networking. Our Philadelphia100 winners will share the challenges, as well as the strategies, that drove their companies' success. Panelists will then be answering questions from both our moderator and our participants in this highly interactive event.


Meet our Panel:

Moderator - Marc Pelletier, Meridian Bank

Marc Pelletier is a career banker with over 30-years of experience in the industry.   After graduating from Drexel University, he pursued his management training at multinational banks in Chicago and New York City.    He transitioned his career to Wilmington Trust in the late 1990’s and established his reputation as a top-tier community banker and advisor.   Today, he is responsible for Meridian’s largest commercial sales and lending team focused on the suburban Philadelphia markets and Delaware.

Matt Rutt, PE, Landcore Engineering

Matt Rutt is the founder and CEO of Landcore Engineering, a firm that adds value to the real estate development community by delivering expert planning, design, and permitting for major projects across diverse market sectors in the Mid-Atlantic region. Since establishing Landcore in 2006, Matt has guided the company through a recession and a global pandemic, leading to substantial growth in recent years and earning a 3-time Philly 100 distinction. With a solid leadership team, structure and processes in place, Matt has time to pursue other passions, which include being an EOS Implementor, using his experience to help other business leaders find freedom.

Phyllis Ludwig, CPA/ EMBA, Ludwig Business Consultants, PLLC

Phyllis founded Ludwig Business Consultants to fulfill a lifelong, entrepreneurial dream to inspire confidence in others to achieve their highest potential. Beginning with her first business client on March 5, 2002, Phyllis has grown the firm into a full-service, cutting-edge outsourced accounting practice serving multi-million-dollar corporations across the country.

Timothy Guim, PCH Technologies

Tim Guim is the founder and CEO of PCH Technologies, a security first managed service provider (MSP) headquartered in the Philadelphia market. Following his graduation from Drexel University with a degree in Computer Science, Tim grew the business from a one-person operation to an award-winning SOC 2 certified MSP, serving the small to medium-sized businesses (SMB) locally, nationally, and internationally. PCH Technologies has been recognized several industry publications including Channel Futures MSP 501, CRN Security 100, CRN Pioneer 250, and Philadelphia Business Journal’s Soaring 76, Philadelphia 100, and NJBIZ Best Places to Work.
